Italian and Greek manufacturers have built factories in Albania to take advantage of that country’s rich natural resources like lumber, oil, metals, among others. Albania was in a state of collapse because of its communist government, Italians and Greeks took advantage of it which now led to Albania's rise in economic power at present.
