Check out the attached image below. In that image, I marked on your drawing to show where the edges of the box touches the x axis. This will help determine the values of Q1 and Q3 for each box plot.

Keep in mind that these are estimates. Unfortunately there isn't any way for sure to know the true values of Q1 and Q3. This is because of how the tickmarks are set up (specifically the fact that neither Q1 nor Q3 land on a tickmark). For the females, Q1 and Q3 are about 82 and 95. So

IQR for females = Q3 - Q1 = 95 - 82 = 13

Then for the male group, I got 88 and 97 for Q1 and Q3 respectively. So,

IQR for males = Q3 - Q1 = 97 - 88 = 9

The difference of the IQRs is then 13 - 9 = 4 which is close to 5. Again the Q1 & Q3 values are estimates.
