In order to work on a problem, a professional help is much needed. Girls should be aware that it is a serious condition and it brings along many risk factors. Also, it's very important to see the symptoms and risk factors so the problem can be cut from the root. Maintaining a healthy eating can be hard, both for people suffering from bulimia and those who are not, but it's a crucial step in both preventing it or curing it. People should have tolerance and understanding toward a person who's going through this delicate state and pressure that school or work, even social life brings, should be lowered to the minimum.

Binge eating -- ideas and strategies: this type of activity wasn't considered a disorder until recently. Almost 2% of the population is dealing with it and it can cause other problems in our health when it comes to high cholesterol and diabetes. It is a mental disorder because binge eating has nothing to do with actual food, but finding comfort and running away from our problems and life with help of it. When it comes to symptoms, it's important to recognize them and react fact so the issue does not belong severe. Some of them are: fast eating, eating until feeling sick, eating alone because feelings of shame, guilt and embarrassment are present.
