Answer: A digital image border could be removed using *Microsoft Paint'

Explanation:

Using the mouse, right-click on the digital picture you want to remove the border. Click "open with". A program list appears. On this list, click "Microsoft Paint" and then click "open". The image opens in a new window "Microsoft Paint"

Next, click on the "line tool icon" on top of the paint window. Then click on "no outline colour" or click on a new colour you want to use for the border.

Note: Adding borders to pictures make such pictures great amongst others.
