one of my friends who works in retail at bed bath & beyond said that the most important thing about a product is its packaging, cuz that's what's gonna tell you what the brand stands for, as well as what it means for the customer. also, when you put all the pros and cons of the item on the packaging, your customer is able to figure out quickly if they want to purchase the item or not. so, basically just remember: the packaging is everything.
