example : Before this week’s activity I felt lazy and moody. My little brothers have been nagging me constantly, which have been causing me head aches. This week I have been doing the waterpolo workouts. My coach sends us workouts. For example yesterday was leg day so, I followed the video instructions for the exercises. During the exercises I felt extremely tired and exhausted. There was many times I wanted to quit but I kept going. Afterwards I felt proud of myself for doing the workout, but I felt dead and I wanted to take a nap. I would recommend this to a friend because not only does it release your energy and causes you to become in better shape.
