After a war, many people who volunteer go in and help the people who lived in that area. They provide food, shelter, and most importantly clean water. Without these organizations/ volunteers, citizens of that area could starve and suffer from diseases such as malnutrition. Doctors and nurses could come in and volunteer to check children and adults for illnesses and injuries they sustained during and after the war.
