ASL is not influenced by tone of voice seeing as you don't use and deaf people will not be able to hear it. Body language can influence sign language because if you are signing faster it can mean you are in a hurry or are excited about something. Expression influences ASL the most because sometimes it is hard to see sign language perfectly. For example, when you are showing a confused look it can mean that you are asking a question or are confused about something.

ASL is based on body language, If you are sad, you would sign slowly. But if you are mad, you will sign fast. If you are tired, you will sign slowly. I know this because I'm deaf, so I know how ASL works. But for last question I don't know what the answer is.
