Okay, so I am having some trouble becoming motivated to workout more. I want to do it, but I can never motivate myself enough. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I struggle with this a bit too

what I do, is when I'm really not feeling like doing it, I'll reward myself for doing it anyway. reward yourself by doing something you love!

An example: I reaaaaallllyyyy didnt want to do my spanish work, so after I did, I gave myself some time with my cat as a reward
