Look at the top left of the webpage. You should see your current profile picture. Click on it, then click "Edit Profile".

This takes you to a new page. Look under "Edit your Profile". There's a list of options, like "Preferences" and "Send info to email". At the bottom of that list, there's "Profile Picture". Click on that.

A "Choose file" button appears. Select your new profile picture from your computer drive after downloading it from online, and click "Change!"
