A constitution is an arrangement of crucial standards or set up points of reference as per which a state or other association is represented. There are forbidden actions in Constitution, one of it is creating a law ex post facto. It is a law that makes unlawful a demonstration that was legal when conferred, builds the punishments for an infraction after it has been submitted, or changes the guidelines of proof to make conviction less demanding.
