I have to write a short narrative of 200 words with certain phrases, clauses, verbals and sentence types, but the narrative can be about anything I want. Examples in the directions to help me get started are I could write about something I did, a short work of fiction, a book or movie summary, or anything else I can think of. What are some specific ideas for what I could write about?

It depends, if you have a talent at doing fiction then its a good idea to do that, considering lots of people enjoy fictional story's i am sure that would work out. however if you have a talent that suits something else then you could write about your most interesting life experience.
